Your trust is at the heart of our ritual. This policy explains plainly what data Quira collects, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what your rights are. We gather only what's necessary and handle your photo with the care it deserves.
We collect only what's essential to prepare and deliver your reading: the photo of your palm (when you choose to send it), the information you entrust to us in the questionnaire (such as name, birth date, and your question — all optional unless stated), and your email, so we can send the reading. We may also log minimal technical browsing data to keep the site working and secure.
The photo of your hand is used solely for the reading you requested. It is never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time, and we remove it from our systems.
We process your data based on your consent, which you grant by ticking the consent box before sending the photo, and to perform the service you requested. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
We use your data only to prepare and deliver your reading, answer a possible follow-up, process payment, and, if you opt in, send content such as horoscopes and offers. We never use your data for automated decisions that legally affect you.
We do not sell or rent your data. We share the minimum necessary only with providers that make the service possible (for example, payment processor and email delivery), always under confidentiality and security obligations.
We keep your data only for as long as needed to deliver the reading, honor the guarantee, and meet legal obligations. Your photo is deleted as soon as you ask, and other data is removed once no longer needed.
You have the right to confirm processing, access, correct, anonymize, port, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and request information about sharing. To exercise any right, contact our data protection officer.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. Payment transactions are handled by certified gateways with end-to-end encryption.
